Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Draft Solution application operated by us.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Draft Solution is a productivity tool designed to help users convert HTML templates into Gmail drafts securely. The Service uses the Gmail API to create drafts on your behalf but does not send emails automatically.

2. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate drafts for "Spam" or unsolicited bulk emails.
• Create misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content.
• Violate Google's Gmail Program Policies.
• Attempt to disrupt or overload our servers or Google's API infrastructure.

We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately if we suspect any violation of these Anti-Spam rules.

3. Google API Compliance

Our Service relies on Google APIs. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We act in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
• We only request the gmail.compose scope necessary to perform the Service's core function.
• We do not store your Google password or sensitive personal data.

4. User Data and File Handling

You retain all rights to the content you upload. As described in our Privacy Policy, any HTML files uploaded to our system are processed for the sole purpose of draft creation and are permanently deleted immediately after processing.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service (and your valid session token) will cease immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Draft Solution, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
